About RAZ Fusion
RAZ Fusion combines parkour movement with gymnastics equipment work for athletes aged eight and up. Sessions at The RAZ in Rockland use vault boxes, the air track, bars and foam so athletes learn to vault, jump, land and flow between obstacles safely.
It is the class for kids who climb everything. Coaches teach power, balance and body control first, then layer in tricks and momentum-based movement as skills settle.

Questions parents ask
Is RAZ Fusion parkour or gymnastics?
Both. It uses gymnastics equipment and coaching to teach parkour-style movement, so athletes learn to land and fall safely before adding tricks.
What age can join?
Athletes aged 8 and up. The program runs once a week for the full session.
Is it safe?
Coaches teach landings and rolls first and every skill is broken into progressions on mats, foam and the air track.
How do I register?
