About TKD Intermediate

TKD Intermediate is for orange and green belts of all ages at The RAZ in Rockland. Monday classes build on the fundamentals with longer patterns, kicking combinations, step sparring and the control needed for the next gradings.

Students train in a mixed-age group under Rick, with drills scaled by age and size. Sparring gear is introduced as students progress.
