Registrations and family accounts: parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, participant names, dates of birth and any medical or emergency details you choose to provide.
Waivers: the acknowledgements you sign when registering for a program.
Payments: payments are processed by Square. We do not store your full card number on our website.
Contact forms and email: the information you send us when you contact us.
Technical data: standard server logs and the cookies needed for the website and your account to work.

How we use it

To register participants, manage class spots and family accounts.
To send registration confirmations, schedule updates and account emails from info@theraz.ca.
To process payments and keep required financial records.
To respond to your questions and keep our programs safe.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the website and process payments (for example our web host, email delivery and Square), and where required by law. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can review or update your family details in your account at any time. To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, email info@theraz.ca.
