About TKD Advanced
TKD Advanced is the senior class at The RAZ in Rockland for blue belts and above. Monday evenings focus on black belt patterns, advanced kicking, breaking technique and the conditioning that senior gradings demand.
Students at this level also mentor beginners and can compete in provincial Taekwondo tournaments with the RAZ team.

Your first class is free
Try a class before you commit. Tell us the student’s age and any martial arts experience and Rick will reply with the best class to start in. Membership is arranged after your free class.

Who can join Advanced?
Students at blue belt and above.
Does the RAZ compete?
Yes. Advanced students can train for and attend Taekwondo tournaments with the team.
How many classes a week should advanced students train?
Two to three: Advanced plus Sparring and Intermediate and Advanced.
How do I transfer from another club?
Book a free class and bring your current belt. Rick will confirm placement.
